How to Strengthen Your Personality
As this is the eighth month, it is the month of strength according to the Tarot. Sure, you may not believe in what the cards have to say, but it's always a good time to strengthen your personality and work to be a better person who can get more out of life.
Remember, your personality is the most important piece of you, and you need to like and respect that person to be able to enjoy life to its fullest. If you're always fighting with yourself, looking down on yourself, or you tell yourself negative things, then you're not in control of your personality, and you're not working in a productive way to put your life in the track you want and continue along that path.
- Trust your instincts. Your gut feelings are your personality's way of telling you how to react or behave. Take a deep breath and let it out, and let your natural feelings tell you what to do before you act.
- If you are feeling down or as though you can't do something or handle a part of your life, ask yourself if it is really true, or if you're just being hard on yourself. If you're still feeling unsure, then you should write out your concerns in a diary, or in a form of a letter to yourself. Sometimes writing things out can make all the difference.
- Remember that you don't need to deal with everything alone. Friends and loved ones are there for you in your hard times, and they won't mind if you need to vent on occasion. Let yourself talk it out, and even cry if you feel the need to do so. This lets you release a lot of the tension you may be holding in unnecessarily.
